April - October Washington High School Track
Organized track workout with 3 training options or bring your own. 2-mile or less warm up and cool down. Distance running option on the roads also available. All pace levels and walkers welcome. Always remember that a little speed workout is good for everyone. Organized track workouts are active from spring to August, each year.
A social walk, run, bike, dance and yoga event. Every Thursday May – September at NewBo City Market.

Check-in each week 5 – 7 p.m. at the Market

Come join us every Friday night at 6pm down at the store for a group run. What better way to kick off the weekend by getting a workout in. We will map out a couple of routes that will range from 2-4 miles and 6-8 miles. If you feel like running more or less, go for it! Just make sure you make it back to enjoy a beverage or two in our lounge and really get the weekend started!
